April, May, June and September:
Tuesday to Sunday 2pm to 5pm
(last tour 3.45pm)
Public Holidays 11.00am to 5pm
(Closed on Mondays except Easter Monday).

July and August:
Tuesday to Saturday 10.30am to 5.30pm
Sunday 2.00pm to 5.30pm
(last tour 4.15pm)

Closed Good Friday and 12th July
(Closed on Mondays except the two bank holidays in May and the August Bank Holiday).

Car/Coach Parking

A car and coach park is provided a short walk away from the visitor centre. A parking and drop-off point for visitors with disabilities is available at the visitor centre.

Accessibility

The visitor centre offers ramped access to the first floor exhibition gallery and resource room. Accessible toilet facilities are available on the ground floor along with baby changing facilities. Disabled access to the house is unavoidably limited to the ground floor. A virtual tour of the upper floors is available in the resource room of the visitor centre.

Induction loop systems are installed in the reception area and video introduction room. A sound enhancement system is available for the guided tours of Sentry Hill house. A manual wheelchair is available. Booking is advisable. Animals are not permitted except for guide dogs.

Group Bookings

Sentry Hill is open to pre-booked groups and schools throughout the year. Please call to arrange bookings.
